Qualifications Hindustan Aeronautics Recruitment(HAL) for 98 Various Posts
- For Technician posts, candidates should have passed three years Diploma in Engineering in the relevant branch.
- For Operator posts, candidates should have completed ITI in the relevant trade.
Age qualifications
- The maximum age limit for candidates belonging to General Category, Other Backward Classes and Economically Backward Classes should not exceed 28 years.
- There will be an age relaxation of 5 years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates who wish to apply are exempted from the application fee. Candidates from other categories have to pay the application fee.

Selection process
Candidates who have applied for the above posts will be shortlisted and interviewed based on their academic qualifications. After that, document verification, medical tests will be conducted and the final selection list will be prepared.
