• The initial cumulative salary for the posts of Junior Stenographer is Rs.47,415 per month.

Educational qualification and age eligibility details

• For the post of Junior Secretariat Assistant, the age should not exceed 28 years. Should have computer typing skills along with second PUC.
• For the post of Junior Stenographer, the age should not exceed 27 years. Should have stenography skills along with second PUC.
• Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC category candidates and 5 years for SC/ST category candidates will be applicable.

Junior Secretariat Assistant Exam Pattern

• There will be a 2-30 hour time test for 500 marks for 200 questions.
• Paper-I: 90 minute test of 100 questions for 200 marks.
• Paper II: 50 questions on General Knowledge for 150 marks, 50 questions on English Language for 150 marks.
• In Paper II, each question is allotted 3 marks, and there will be negative marks for wrong answers.
• Typing Test / Skill Test is allotted 10 marks.

There will be a written test of 200 marks for the post of Junior Stenographer, as well as an English and Hindi typing test.
